Life changes can be difficult to manage, whether it is a change in career, transition to higher education, or anything else that is causing you stress. Change can be hard and can increase anxiety and discomfort, even when a change has been planned and is positive. When change is not in your control, it can be traumatic. Seeking help and support is crucial early on to limit the impact this has on your life.

As a therapist, I am here to walk alongside you on this journey, providing guidance, support, and a safe space to explore the complexities of life changes. I may use a combination of talk therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy and EMDR to work through your discomfort.
