In-Person Racial Trauma Group Therapy (3/21/24- 5/23/24)

This group cultivates a healing space for those who have experienced racial trauma. The focus is to foster understanding, validation, and healing.

This is done through group support, psychoeducation, and the development of coping strategies.

The group consist of 8-10 individuals for a commitment of 10 weeks. The cost is $400 total, which averages out to $40 a session.

Each session is 90 minutes and In person in Beacon Hill, Seattle.
