Fees & Insurance

How much do you charge?

20 minute video consultation— Free

50 minute individual psychotherapy session — $175

I offer therapy on a sliding scale, with session fees ranging from $100–$175.

I invite clients to review the pricing tiers below and select the rate that best reflects their current financial capacity and level of access to resources. While these tiers are a helpful guide, they may not fully capture the complexity of your financial situation.

I trust you to choose a rate that allows you to sustainably engage in therapy. No documentation or justification is required. If you are able to pay at a higher rate, I encourage you to do so, this helps support the availability of lower-cost sessions for those with fewer financial resources.

This pricing model is inspired by the Green Bottle Method developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, a framework rooted in economic justice.

I am not in-network with insurance providers; however, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

You may also explore the following resources, which sometimes offer short-term funding for therapy:

$100–$115 (Access Rate)

For clients with the least financial flexibility and limited access to resources. This tier is intended for those who would not otherwise be able to access therapy.

$120–$135 (Reduced Rate)

For clients experiencing financial strain or limited disposable income. Basic needs are met, but budgeting is required to maintain ongoing therapy.

$140–$155 (Standard Rate)

For clients with moderate financial stability. Basic needs are consistently met, and therapy is a manageable ongoing expense.

$160–$175
(Full Rate)

For clients with greater financial privilege and stability. This rate helps sustain lower-cost sessions and expands access for others.
