Life Transitions

Life is filled with transitions that can bring uncertainty, loss, excitement, and growth—all at the same time. Whether you're starting college, navigating career changes, entering or ending relationships, experiencing grief, or adjusting to another major life change, these moments can challenge your sense of identity, stability, and direction. Therapy provides a space to process these transitions with intention and support.

Together, we'll explore how these changes are impacting your emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of self while identifying the strengths and resources that can help you move forward. My goal is to support you in navigating life's transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence while creating a path that feels aligned with your values and the life you want to build.
