20 minute video consultation— Free50 minute individual psychotherapy session — $175​​I offer therapy on a sliding scale, with session fees ranging from $100–$175.​I invite clients to review the pricing tiers below and select the rate that best reflects their current financial capacity and level of access to resources. While these tiers are a helpful guide, they may not fully capture the complexity of your financial situation.​I trust you to choose a rate that allows you to sustainably engage in therapy. No documentation or justification is required. If you are able to pay at a higher rate, I encourage you to do so, this helps support the availability of lower-cost sessions for those with fewer financial resources.​This pricing model is inspired by the Green Bottle Method developed by Alexis J. Do you accept insurance?

I’m private pay, so I don’t bill insurance directly. This gives us more flexibility, privacy, and control over your care.If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, I can provide a “Superbill” for you to submit for possible reimbursement—just check with your provider to confirm what’s covered.
