Trauma & Healing

Trauma can shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and experience the world around us. Whether your experiences stem from a single event, ongoing stress, childhood experiences, racial trauma, or systemic oppression, the effects can linger long after the event has passed. Healing is not about forgetting what happened—it is about understanding its impact, reclaiming your sense of safety, and reconnecting with yourself.

I provide trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and adults navigating the emotional, psychological, and relational effects of trauma. Together, we'll explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe, strengthen your existing resilience, and develop practical tools to support healing. My goal is to help you move beyond survival and toward a life grounded in greater self-awareness, connection, and hope.
