Identity and Relationships

Our relationships with ourselves and others play a significant role in our overall well-being. Experiences within our families, friendships, romantic relationships, communities, and broader society can shape how we view ourselves, our sense of belonging, and the ways we connect with others. Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand these patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Together, we'll explore the experiences that have influenced your identity, relationships, boundaries, and self-esteem while building greater self-awareness, confidence, and connection. My goal is to help you develop relationships that feel authentic, supportive, and aligned with your values—beginning with the relationship you have with yourself.
